1. Although there was a housekeeping oversight the manager and staff once notified went out of their way to correct the problme as well as compensate me and my family making our stay very pleasant.

7. Although the location is in a not-very-charming office park, it is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff and is very convenient to Beachwood and other suburban Cleveland sites.
