1. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful but that is about the only good thing about the hotel besides its exterior which is clean and nice looking.

2. Rooms are cleaned once a week, though we got towls whenever we requested, ac was satisfying - you can't imagine yourself sitting in FL in may with a working one :-)so a a car+room in a hotel, some grocerries in publix and you are up to the budget.
