6. The place is in shambles half the facilities advertised were shutdown due to remodeling and it was made very clear in a few overheard conversations among the staff that they are having issues with keeping their less than competent employees happy and you can't expect happy guests with unhappy employees.

9. Upon arrival and checking into the room, it was clear that we would not be happy there because of the cramped quarters and the room odor and the fact that we could smell cigarette smoke in the room.
