7. I arrived at 12am to check in, first i had to wait because i wasn't on system, but i had my confirmation papers with me, So the front desk guy was able to give a room, But went upstair and i open the door to the room he gave me it wasn't what i saw in the pictures, The room was for a little kid, with a Twin size bed, the bathroom smell molding and had few broken tiles I went down stair and ask the guy at the front desk if he could please change me to another room, that i will paid the different and he say NO because that's was the room that i book, That was not true because because from where i book the Hotel it didn't say nothing about a twins bed.

9. please be warned, if you do not know where to go, how to best travel within the city, or whats best to see in a certain area, and you desire a concierge to help with this, then don't waste your money or holiday staying at The Best Western President.

10. My girlfriend would ask, for example: 'we want to go to the SOHO area, and go shopping, but we aren't too sure where are the most popular streets, could you show us on a map please?'Her response was: 'i don't like shopping, so im the wrong person to ask'If, and i mean IF she gave us an answer she was looking for, it was always a direct answer to what we wanted to do, or where we wanted to go, eg: 'we want to have dinner in the meatpacking district, what are some medium priced restaurants you could reccomend'She would then respond by showing us ONE, maybe TWO at the very most, but not go that step further to, in my oppinion, be a proper concierge.
