1. This turned out to be a bit of a bonus for my girlfriend and I as we arrived in San Francisco a day early and could not get a extra night in the hotel we were due to be staying in (Union Square Plaza, also reviewed this hotel, please avoid.

4. please do yourself a favor and find a hotel that is more secure and that is more concerned about your family's safety and security as this hotel wanted to make the problem go away and not deal with it .
