1. Was worried that hotel would be too remote but we felt that it was in a fabulous location within walking distance to Navy Pier, Bean, museums, and magnificent Mile.

10. ' I requested a lake view, but could not afford to pay extra for the upgrade, and they put me on a high floor with a magnificent view (which my out of town guest was amazed with the view) The W on Lakeshore Drive is truly a great hotel and their staff is top notch.
