2. The service was outstanding; we were there 20 minutes after 3:00 checkin, and our very nice and professional desk clerk Ivania offered us a free drink in the bar to wait all of 10 minutes for our room to be ready.

From reserving the hotel room myself, conversations with 'Robert' the Hotel Front Desk Manager (arranging a corner room) one week prior to arrival and meeting the Hilton Checkers staff in person - doorman, front desk, maintenance (mini-refrigerator/no charge), housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff -- just OUTSTANDING.
