7. Every member of staff was courteous and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, none more so than Debbie, the concierge, who was full of helpful ideas on what we might do during our stay .

8. The welcome letter they provided was very nice, however it included two complimentary drinks or cappuccinos, but with three guests staying in the room I thought three would have been more appropriate, regardless of how nice the gesture was.
