4. Our say didn`t get off the to best of starts when the bellboys taking our luggage to the room delivered it to another even though we`d seen it on a trolley on the floor and it was only when we created a big fuss did they seem interested in trying to find it.

6. I asked for another room on another floor that was a non-smoking floor and they said that that was that best room and offered to spray it to take the smell away.
