1. It was free so my expectations were low anyway but I have had better club lounge experiences at Starwood and Intercontinental.

3. Plus: good size room, excellent wired internet (didn't try the wireless), good gym, business centre with free printing, liquid milk with the coffee maker - small touch, but so much better than the powder 'non dairy whitener'.
