1. Potential guests beware - DO NOT leave anything of value in your room or their extremely shady and dishonest housekeeping staff will help themselves to whatever they can find.

3. I could not help but wonder how this extrapolates--for instance, were other people's towels being recirculated into new rooms without being washed? Anything is possible given what happend next.

5. The front desk was helpful to me when I asked if someone could check the fridge in my room, as it was not cold and had an odor in it; it was taken care of while I was out that same afternoon.
