1. Very misleading construction was going on,no where to park had to park vechicle in a plaza and walk to the hotel and for some reason the house keeper refused to leave wash cloth had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for wash cloths.

3. Many times we had to take a ride on the elevator going up in order to go down, because for some reason it did not want to stop on the 2nd floor (the floor where our room was and where the breakfast room is).

8. reasonable breakfast but the worst point is the breakfast area too small for the amount of guests , excelent location, confortable room.

9. wish we hadn't for various reasons - 1 computer for entire hotel and it was out of service frequently - breakfast consisted of white bread, white bagels, white english muffins, sugary cereals, poor choice in fruit (if any) and VERY LITTLE seating - elevators .
