4. Probably what annoyed us more than anything was the fact we kept getting calls from Guest Services to pick up our 'welcome Package'; later, we got calls about an 'incredible' deal on a return stay.

5. The clerk will send you over to receive your 'welcome packet' which is just a way for the timeshare guy to talk to you.

7. In another setting, this hotel could work as a 3 star but rates a zero for friendliness and making you feel welcome.

8. What's wrong here at BW LBV is the total lack of a kind welcome, a smile and that glad to be here feeling that you get from a Disney property at check in and throughout your stay.
