1. Restaurant Row is on 21st Street, and wonderful shops, coffee houses, chocolatiers, and more restaurants are on 23rd Street.

4. There are a great deal of homeless in the area, which might be surprising to children, but also a wonderful opportunity to serve if you're someone who volunteers.
