The bedding is good, except the pillows that flattened to nothing.
)The bed is a very comfortable pillow top with plenty of pillows.

My room had a great view of The University of Texas which is across the street.
It was on the other side of the highway from the university and downtown, but we had a nice view.

Overall, the room was clean.
The original room given to us was dirty.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice.
Stayed here for convenience not charm but ended up in a dark room with loud I-35 traffic noise, dimly lit bathroom and no hot water (it was tepid at best).

Being that this was a very busy week, I'm willing to overlook things like dirty footprints on the carpets but chipped paint in the room and broken tiles in the shower were unexpected.
There were only minor issues - the toilet kept running if you didn't jiggle the handle, the shower head was almost 7 feet high and thus hard to adjust, and an empty beer bottle was sitting in the elevator lobby on my floor for several hours at least without a staff member picking it up.
