Hyatt Albuquerque

• The room layout is very good, almost like having a one bedroom suite.

• My room was huge and a suite.

• The bed was really comfortable.

• The bed was really comfy and I didn't want to get up.

• Nice big room.

• Sunport (5 minutes by private car, 10 by shuttle service); rooms are very quiet; it's reasonably priced for a suite-size room, and a 48' flat screen; FREE wireless internet that works well from all of the rooms I have stayed in; very comfortable bed; in the king bed rooms, there is a reading light above each side of the bed that focuses directly down, allowing one to read but not disturb a companion; serve Seattle's Best coffee.

• Plenty of towels.

• Towels were on the rough side.

• The bathrooms are tiny, and the first one we stayed in had the grab bar in the tub at an unreachable end of the tub (blocked by the toilet).

• The decor was nice with a flat screen tv, the bathroom/shower was the only thing that was out of date (mold in corners with dirty looking bathtub floor).

• The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the toilet was dirty, and there was mold in the shower.

• The bathtub/shower was visibly disgusting, so be prepared to bring a pair of flip flops.
