• Some towel, I would like say, are almost transparent.

• My husband forgot to remove the do not disturb sign one morning so we needed new towels when we returned that night.

• When we arrived it turned out that reservations had booked us for a room with a King bed and two twin beds, which left us one bed short (unless you count the sofa bed which we specifically tried to avoid and where I usually end up spending a sleepless night).

• The little chair that pulls out into a bed in the corner was broken.
