• Chairs were a bit dingy and stained, and shower/products felt a bit on the cheap side.

• The only complaint that I have, and this was eventually resolved, was that our shower was broken, and we called the front desk, and they said they would send someone right up, but it took a little longer than right up, so luckily my parents had a room down the hall, so we just went and used their shower as we had an appointment to get to.
