• old loved having two rooms and the view out the inside window to the hallway and atrium.

• * Good shower - high nozzle, good pressure* Excellent 'one step beyond' service with the shuttle - they volunteered to have their airport shuttle pick me up at the Alamo center after returning my car, instead of having me take the Alamo shuttle back to airport first.

• Yet about 2 hours later a man came in and obviously was given a room on one of the lower levels and complained that when he made his reservations on 'Expedia' he specifically requested a room on one of the top floors; the person behind the counter gave him a room on the 7th floor.

• I did notice that there were some housekeeping issues (iffy bathroom, nightstand with sticky rings).

• Housekeeping needs to pick things up on the bathroom sink and not just wipe around things -some gross stuff but not the end of the world.
