• professional staff, not overly friendly, but not rude either)- bed (it's no Westin, but it wasn't bad either)what I didn't like about it:- the hallways could use some updating with new carpet etc. but this is about the only thing I can pick on.

• The bed in my room was quite comfortable and the beddings were likewise acceptable.

• The bathroom smelled like urine and I could hardly stand to take a shower because of the smell which became more advanced with the heat on but it was cold so we had no choice.
