The sheets seemed clean.
The beds smelt like urine, they use the same sheets for every customer because they don't wash the sheets they just make the beds.

The room smelled, we could not use the airconditioner yet again because of the smell it put out.
It seems to me that the rooms have a mold problem wich causes the rooms to smell.

If you can overlook the parking and the worn towels, you have a bargain hotel for a place that is within reasonable walking distance of University Studios.
The bath towels are for infants along with a dribbling shower head that can barely wash a hand.

If your looking for 4 walls and a well used tiny bed this is your place!close to universal city walk was its only redeeming qualities.
The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, and the tiny room didn't even have windows (resulting in a stale smell of mold or something).
