7. The location is great, the rooms are very clean and well appointed, comfy bed, thick towels, nice toiletries, a fridge - all very lovely and it was a treat to stay here as it is not a cheap option.

The rooms are excellent with private balconies (try to be on riverwalk side), Grohe plumbing fixtures, LCD tv, great bed with reading lamps, motion sensor lighting, multimedia connections, etc. I saw an un-renovated floor when the elevator door opened - you really really want a newly renovated floor and the higher the better.
