The bed and sofa were quite comfortable.
The only negative I can come up with in our experience, is that my son found and insect in his bed, but essentially that can happen anywhere.

Shower

There were several hairs on a towel and some mildew in the shower-Smallish rooms, although this is common in Washington-Hallways could use new carpeting and refurbishment-LOTS of kids in the pool at all hours of the day which wasn't a problem; however, some parents need to learn that a child screaming uncontrollably is not acceptable.
Slow-draining drains in shower and some renovations in the foyer (should be finished now) were the only inconvenience.
