It includes a suite of online reports and monitoring tools engineered to allow hotels unprecedented access into the opinions of their hotel guests, and the information they need to increase customer satisfaction and ultimately their revenue.

Who We Are

OpinionWell is a domain-specific search engine that aggregates consumer generated travel content published on the Web, and uses natural language processing (NLP) and semantic technologies to extract consumer preference data and track changes in consumer sentiment. OpinionWell also operates and makes available their analysis on the travel site of the same name, which provides decision support for consumers searching for a hotel.
OpinionWell was founded by George Vanica and Daniel Herndon. George previously was the Architect for Expedia Hotel line of business, and helped design and build the cutting-edge technology for Expedia's hotel merchant model.
