1. The bathroom hadn't been decently cleaned in months - layers on fingerprints on the bathroom door, layers of dust on the fixtures, REALLY grotty rugs, and heaven knows you don't want to look around the toilet.

4. Front Desk closes at 10pm, parking hard to come by, room needs renovating, bathroom filthy, AC noisy and does not cool room on a hot day, patio door could not be secured, only good thing about this place was the free internet access.
