1. Most places I have stayed at have the bathroom in the middle somewhere so both rooms can connect to the bathroom without disturbing whoever is in the other room.

3. The Bathroom was the biggest negative for several reasons, 1- the light switch was above the toilet which wasn't even close to the door.
