1. The place looks totally run down, the room was bare bones, the carpet had all imaginable stains on it, the bathroom was falling apart and full of black stains which I'm pretty sure were mold.

Sticky stuff on clock and on furniture, clock doesn`t work, towels stained, dingy and the size of a hand towel, carpet had gum on it, what looked like milk stains?(who knows) and lots of other dirty spots, BLOOD on the inside of the bedspread (GROSS!), no kleenex tissue in dispenser in bathroom, no cable in the room; just local channels and no cable in dining area either (couldn`t even watch the news while eating breakfast), dried up milk.
