5. Front staff unfriendly, rates change from when you make reservation, rooms smell like smoke(in a smoke free room), found a piece of glass in bed, toilet not flushed, no towels at swimming pool even when we asked several times, breakfast was to start at 7:00am but didn't open until almost 7:30.

7. The parking lot was dirty and convered with trash, weeds were growing in the flower bed area(s).

8. I found a sign/card in my bed under the sheet that stated if I wanted to do my part in protecting the environment then I would just place this card outside the door so that hotel service(s) will no I wish my bed linens to be changed.
