1. other than ipad in the lobby safe didn't work very slight shaking of the bed (due to machinery somewhere) very annoying no way of opening the window no answer to letter of complaint.

8. Then when we finally did get to check in we were sent to a room that was FILTHY no sheets, blankets or pillows on the bed which was stained with god knows what but there were liquid YELLOW stains.
