4. WOW, our beds were a full if that and not a queen and the part about an upgrade was because they threw in a lumpy uncoftorable sofa bed.

7. the rooms need to be renovated and housekeeping needs work, i found trash under my bed that was not mine, who knows how long that trash had been under there.
