I like the idea of not having TV's, phones, etc., but to be a top class resort, it needs to be comfortable, which means nice beds and linens, functioning plumbing, and sufficient fans to keep the
room
s cool enough to sleep at night.

on our arrival, and when we got ice for it a couple nights later when we felt like having it, the turn down person added more ice and helped us out.
