1. For example, the arms of a green chair were actually brown from previous guests' sweat and dirt (room 803, if hotel management reads this).

2. Burn hole in the ottoman, huge red stain right as you walk in the room, dust on the furniture, stains on the couch,a bathroom door that wouldn't close without slamming it (and waking everyone up) and a stale smell in the room.
