6. Yes the rooms are smaller, basic rooms but my queen sized bed was clean and comfortable in my non smoking room.

7. phoned reception who reported that he could move us to another room but could not guarantee that there would be no mice!when asked what intervention was being taken to address this problem the reception did not know hence I asked to speak to the manager who reported that a company come in to the room reported to have mice, yet there was somebody in the room on the 8th floor 1 day later.

9. We fortunately, were able to upgrade to a king room, and since part of our initial complaint about a small room, small bed also included a complaint about a very stained comforter cover we were only charged $25 instead of the usual $50 they generally charge.
