4. Did not offer any solutions and seemed angry at me until I said all I wanted was a clean room!2nd room was actually nice - did not smell like smoke at all; was much cleaner than the 1st; after a thorough (very thorough) search no bed bugs.

5. the hotel was Great i was there in town for special olympics the room was clean the tv worked the beds were comfertble the great thing was they had a sonic in front of the hotel my coach didnt like the hotel my other coach saw a cockroach.
