1. professional staff, clean rooms and beds, also rooms has bath tub in it, get a pool view if available.

4. After all this you would think that they would be making an extra effort, we were after all in the best room in the hotel, but on the Friday our bins were emptied, towels changed but the bed was again left unmade.
