Generally they liked the service (the front desk person, Zuli, upgraded my mother and brother's rooms for free and was particularly friendly and helpful), quickness of room service (my mother ordered a continental breakfast), good views from the rooms (especially the suites, which gave you a clear view of Lincoln Center and Broadway), location (next to Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle), very comfortable beds, and an excellent shower.
