1. so we go up to our room and our room and corridor smelled of ciggarette smoke i sprayed my room of perfume the room was clean and tidy same for the bathroom but no fridge no microwave cleaners came everyday did a great job supplied us with clean towels daily,next morning went straight to reception to ask if we can be moved to another room that didnt seem to be a problem and finally we got a connecting room for the whole family without the pong which was great but we shared our room with a mouse which my husband and daughter saw for their own eyes.

3. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone it was a real bargain and the beds were sooo comfy and the linens were of a very high quality, the best towels of our trip too, fluffy, soft and white.

5. They ask you to recycle your towels which we were more than happy to do but the only rail they provide to hang your towels on sits over the top of the bench.

6. Our three nights there were good, room and towels changed daily and when a plug started smoking when I used the hair dryer, maintenance was sent up immediately with a new dryer and they were prepared to change plug socket too if it continued to smoke.

10. Its an older hotel and it shows here and there but it was CLEAN there were absolutely NO BED BUGS they gave our group plenty of clean towels each day.
