1. There was a lot of dust on everything, like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, and there was a used bar of soap in my shower with hair on it - gross.

3. The only negatives: bathroom sink faucet so restricted it was hard to even get your hands wet, and ceramic tile in the shower with some nasty grout that was in serious need of cleaning.

4. There was no shuttle van from O'Hare which is ridiculous ($45 for a taxi) The rooms are okay but definitely getting shabby, peeling wall paper, old tub, yucky shower curtain.

9. The next morning I discovered that, while the rest of Chicago has pretty good water pressure, this hotel does not; the diverters in the shower heads may conserve water but it is at the expense of the guest's comfort, especially in a handicap room.
