Dirty diaper hanging in tree outside of back window; loose wires sticking out of wall; no TV & only one light worked; loud drunk people next door (in the only other occupied room!); bad neighborhood next to nowhere; filthy, smelly room; weird thrift-store non-matching furniture; got athlete's foot from shower.
