1. I loved the idea of the pillow menu, but I did have to ask 3 times to get my pillow delivered - the first time I asked I was told they were far too busy to deal with me which was a bit rude.

9. Convenient, central shopping location, (on the Powell/Hyde cable line) feather comforter beds, candy jar, flat screen TV, rubber ducky, pillow menu, free cookies and coffee in the lobby, responsive professional staff-- all add up to a GREAT SF visit.
