1. Here's some of the things you can have at a Club Quarters that are negative/indifferent for vacationers that are big pros for a business traveler:* Convenient business district location (in Washington that is *also* convenient for tourists, but that's unusual)* Location is also usually convenient to public transit -- my company won't generally pay for a rental or livery service in big cities* Self-service check-in and check-out -- walk in, check in, walk up to your room* Inexpensive valet laundry service, sometimes a free laundry room (not in Washington)* Free (small) workout facility* 24-hour lobby, required key card in elevator for security late at night* Restaurant/bar open lateNo, Club Quarters doesn't have a concierge, a pool, locations that are convenient to museum districts or other tourist/nightlife hotspots, big, well-appointed rooms for families, etc. That's not their thing.
"Terrific value, great location for a short business trip " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/25/2010 Vote
2. The rooms are small but nice, and there is a nice lobby and bar/ restaurant.
"very good " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/8/2009 Vote
3. The lobby is quite small but the adjoining restaurant/bar area provides additional space.
"Not bad for the price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/31/2012 Vote
4. The only vending area for ice is in the basement, and oddly enough only one of the two elevators goes to the basement so if you want ice, and the 'wrong' elevator appears on your floor, you have to go to the lobby, get off the elevator, then press the down button and wait for the other one to show up.
"Pretty Clean, Pretty Tiny " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/17/2011 Vote
5. And if you use the safety boxes in the lobby, your belongs are out of your sight from the time you hand it over, to the time you get the key, which means it's not real safe, cause you don't even get to physically see your belongings locked.
"No minibar, no in-room safe... just plain dumb " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/23/2010 Vote
6. The lobby was almost non-existent (really just a desk in an entry hall); both of our rooms were very small; there was no dresser; a carry-on size suitcase would not fit in the tiny closet; the bathroom was the size of an airplane lavatory with a small shower, the amenity of coffee and tea service was not availabe on weekends and the tea water was cold on the weekday morning that I visited the lounge; my room key malfunctioned on both days of my stay and I had to go to the lobby to have it reissued (I was told it happens all the time); the halls were very narrow - like those leading to the sleeping compartments on trains; and the list goes on and on.
"What a Disappointment! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/7/2009 Vote
7. You won't be too impressed by the lobby or the staff - they were not overly friendly.
"Good Location, that's about it " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/19/2010 Vote
8. It' s lack of real lobby or place close by to park and unload are the real drawbacks.
"Cramped quarters " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/6/2009 Vote
