1. If you want a good location in town, and care about saving money, and nothing else, and will just occupy a bed at night, go for this hotel.

4. First, the positives: this hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro station and great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was pleasant.
