I have stay here a number of times and can share these good points and areas to improve:- Really helpful great service from the front desk to housekeeping, always a pleasure- Great location with a small lake in front with walking path and walking distance to a mall- Big open room, decent internet, good TV, desk, accessoriesTo improve- Only seem to have soft pillows - got a couple firm ones but not perfect - why are so many hotels shifting this way?- The gym is a too small and crowded- The toilet flushes like a rocket launchingOverall it's a great hotel and I would stay again.

My issues about this hotel are that they do not honor the platinum guarantee, front desk employees will lie, and they don't seem to think there is a problem having other people check into your room (even though it was not true in this case)!\If you are a preferred member with Marriott do not stay here.

9. The general managed informed me that he had talked to the front desk and they stated that someone else had checked in for me and that is why they did not have to honor the guarantee.
