3. Homewood Suites are usually a great property - nicely appointed rooms, lots of space, etc. This Homewood is in a good location -- near the Fashion Mall and far enough off the street to be quiet.

7. The staff member who checked me in seemed to take my polite question about a first story room or one adjacent to parking as a personal affront and spoke very condescendingly to me (instead of the 2nd story central building location we were given).

8. This homewood is located only 1-2 minutes from the ramp, in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the Mall traffic and highway noise, and yet has all the convenience that any traveler needs (food, shopping etc.).

10. I'm two months from my wedding and my wedding venue just told me they are closing!' The lady continued to argue with me that I shouldn't go to downtown Indy that I should find a location closer to their hotel.
