1. Front desk clerk was excellent, and kindly offered to let us pay a small reasonable amount to keep both our cars at the hotel during our trip rather than having to use airport parking.

2. They also allowed us to park our car in the corner of their back lot for the few days we were on vacation, I can't even begin to tell you what a HUGE help that was to us.

3. The front-desk staff were very quick to tell me that they were not responsible for the damage, and that there were signs in the parking lot telling guests not to leave valuables in the car.
