1. my family and i enjoyed our stay, we are used to using the location in new york city so once we saw location in syracuse, we had an idea what to expect from the embassy, Only disappointment was entering the suite to see a huge carpet stain, this was a total turnoff, asked to be relocated only to find that this suite too had a similar carpet stain as soon as you entered.

5. While you need to pay extra for Internet service in the room, the business office was located off the lobby, and we were able to meet our minimal needs that way.
