1. Only drawback was that on the first night, we arrived late and were put in room 124, which was directly above the bar/restaurant, and the bass thump and other sounds were slightly audible (not a major distraction).

2. I had requested early check-in, was told over the phone that it wouldn't be a problem and when I arrived at the front desk, was informed that "it's never a guarantee.
