1. Wine reception in the afternoon, what a way to come back to your room with a glass of wine to relax and unwine before dinner, free Wi Fi, cruiser bikes to take for a romantic excursion around Diamond head or to the mall or taking advantage of their free yoga session.

2. Found the Queens on the beach outdoor restaurant to have Illy coffee, food breakfast food and I had a reasonably priced bbq dinner there on a Friday night (traveling solo) and watched the fireworks from the beach.

5. Pros: At bit outside of tacky/ugly Waikiki, but nice to walk into Waikiki for dinner; Clean, quiet, nicely and uniquely decorated rooms (not generic like Hyatt, Marriott, etc), Helpful and friendly staff.

8. As a comparison, I had dinner at the Royal Hawaiian, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Halekulani and Moana Surfrider and I would not stay at those places unless I craved being in a very busy, packed, loud City environment during my vacation.
