You have to be ok with a messy
room
when you first show up because housekeeping couldn't get into the
room
to clean it because, you guessed it, the keys wouldn't work in the door because the door locks were broken.

I rate the cleanliness of the
room
as a 1 because the carpets are filthy (we stayed in 2 separate
room
s over 2 nights because of major problems with the first
room
(no cable, fixtures loose or falling out)).

The door to the outside of our
room
was so removed from the door frame that we could see to the outside (what must it be like in Winter).

Then, when we had moved to our SECOND
room
they didn't update the reservation list and the people that were supposed to stay in the
room
the night we got switched came trying to get in.

They actually had to move us out of the first
room
we stayed in because there was a possibility of us not ever getting back in the
room
if we left.

Extremely meaning, you have to be ok with being locked out of your
room
for hours because the key machine at the front desk was down for hours and they couldn't make us a new key.

In fact, the hotel staff just put them in the
room
we were in before, I actually had to warn the couple that the door didn't work and they might want to get their
room
switched if they wanted to hold on to their stuff.
