1. The staff didn't seem interested, the front desk was rude at times, I was kicked out of the pool area before the posted closing time, and I never got the opportunity to use the executive lounge that I paid for.

4. t I will say is that the price was reasonable for a Hilton, most of the staff was helpful and courteous and the lobby and other common area accommodations were nice.
